Looking for a new place to grab a coffee and a quick morning bite? Try The Tuscan Gun at 199 WIndsor Place near 10th Avenue. The Italian eatery opened in May and is run by Chef Gabriele Corcos, who who co-hosts the Cooking Channel show “Extra Virgin” with wife and actress Debi Mazar.

The cute, little spot opens at 6:30am on weekdays and serves a variety of espresso drinks, as well as homemade pastries and yogurt parfaits. We recommend the Blueberry Corn Cake, which is a tasty variation of your typical blueberry muffin.

Or grab a yogurt parfait. You can pick from three different types of homemade granola and whether you want jam or honey.

The eatery also serves tasty pasta dishes, like the Puttanesca with capers, anchovies, and cured olives, or sandwiches — try the Porchetta — for lunch.

The cozy spot closes at 6pm, but offers pop-up dinners, cooking classes, and space for private parties in the evening. From August 1 through 7, Chef Corcos will be serving up a prix fixe dinner, themed Summer on the Farm, with tickets starting at $125.

The Tuscan Gun is located at 199 Windsor Place near 10th Avenue and is open from 6:30am-6pm Monday through Saturday and 7:30am-6pm on Sundays, with special dinner events happening on occasion.
