Bottles Thrown From Cortelyou Library Roof

A neighbor emailed us with a photo and a report from the Cortelyou Library.

The kid in the white shirt is throwing a bottle down at his frenemies in the playground. I called the cops.

There was a uniformed officer of the library’s public safety dept, standing in the library while this was happening over his head. I asked him after what the deal was. He said he hadn’t seen anything and that further, they have cameras at the central library and nobody there had told him anything. This had been happening about 15 yards from his head.

This is on corner of Cortelyou and Argyle roads opposite the Tot Lot, the same corner that several neighbors say has been frequented by a group of teenagers and very close to the store where a group of teenagers threatened management on Monday.
