Borough Park Child Molester Surrenders To Police
A married 19-year-old man from Borough Park is in custody after surrendering to police. Manachem Deutsch is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old in the basement of Simcha Hall, a synagogue located on 50th Street and 15th Avenue.
He attempted to molest a second boy, age 11, after approaching him in front of the Synagogue within an hour of the first incident.
The accused turned himself in to authorities Sunday while dressed in traditional Hasidic garb and accompanied by his Rabbi.
