Bite Of The Day: Lox Sandwich At Coffee Z
We love a good bagel and lox and recently Coffee Z, the newish coffee shop in Newkirk Plaza, has started serving up Lox Sandwiches, as well as adding other breakfast and lunch options to their menu.
We stopped by this week to grab one of their Lox Sandwiches ($6.99) on an everything bagel, and we were not disappointed.
The sandwich comes with a solid helping of cream cheese, delicious smoked salmon, capers, tomatoes, and red onions. Put all of that on an everything bagel and you’ve got quite a salty sandwich. The ratio of ingredients is key, and Coffee Z gets it right.
We are looking forward to stopping in for the Lox again, and we can’t wait to try the Avocado Toast. Have you tried any of their sandwiches? What do you think?
