Bistro 915 Closed For Now, Future Is Unsure

Bistro 915 on Cortelyou Road has been closed recently and several neighbors have wondered when and if it was coming back. The “Temporarily Closed” sign on the front door has kept the area checking back on daily basis.

Dave, the owner, wrote to tell us exactly what the problem was:

Thanks for your concerns and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. The chef had some personal issues and could no longer work. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with the place as we speak.
