Best Of The Best: Fleet Week Photos From Gravesend Bay
After looking at tons of good photos of the tall ships passing through Gravesend Bay, photographer Mai Armstrong’s evening shots of ships bathed in blue light stood out above the others.
They were taken during the Working Harbor Committee’s OpSail preview tour on Tuesday May 22, the night before the Parade of Sail, Tour of the International Tall Ships.
Armstrong was able to capture the beauty of these international ships after the sun had set over the Gravesend Bay waters.
