Cops Hunt Bensonhurst Blowgun Sniper Near 86th Street And Bay 35th Street

Three people were wounded yesterday evening, after a mysterious assailant shot them with darts as they walked near 86th Street, police revealed today.

Police say one man in his 60s was struck in the back and leg, another man around the same age was hit in the stomach and another man in his 40s was also hit, although it was not clear where.
The darts appeared to come from a blow gun. The attacks were all in the area of Bay 32nd Street and Bay 36th Street.

None of the victims appear to have been seriously wounded and were taken to Coney Island Hospital for treatment.

All of the attacks happened around 7:00 p.m., police said. They believe the darts were fired from a blowgun.
