Three Bedrooms and a Powder Room in Dyker Heights
Price: $3,200
Location: 284 Bay 10th Street
Description: This townhouse hasn’t just been renovated. It was a “thoughtful renovation,” with kitchen appliances like Bosch, Bertazzoni, Sub-zero, and Zephyr and a heated in-ground swimming pool. The only downside to living the rich life is you can’t have pets and smokers won’t be permitted to have a taste of the gilded life. And there’s also a  random sign in the kitchen that says “Good Eats.”

Two Bedroom in Bensonhurst
Price: $1,350
Location: 18th Avenue
Description: With a pretty big kitchen and a separate living room, there’s not much to complain about this place. But there is the issue of the floors. Each one seems to have it’s own floor material. One of the rooms, it looks like the living room, has hardwood floors. Then two of the rooms have the kind of tiled floor you would see in a bathroom. With such a schizophrenic flooring, you can call this apartment… unique.

Two Bedroom in Mapleton
Price: $1,600
Location: Dahill Road
Description: Located on the first floor of a private house, this apartment also has a separate living and dining room. The N and the F train are the two nearest trains. And yes, Mapleton is an actual neighborhood in Brooklyn. They even have their own library branch.

Three Bedrooms in Bath Beach
Price: $2,400
Location: 45 Bay 31st Street
Description: With a view of parked cars off the apartment’s terrace, what else can you ask for in a place? This apartment has “everything you ask for the whole 9 yards.” But if you ask for a full-sized kitchen, you’ll be crossing the line. One of the bedrooms also seems to have a naked mattress in it; that’s your whole nine yards right there.
