Baby Boy Found Dead in Flatbush Ave Apartment
A 1-year-old boy was found dead in an apartment building on Flatbush Ave between Beverley and Cortelyou yesterday, police say.
On Tuesday, January 15, at 4:40pm, police say they responded to a call at the building and found the baby, Elijah Legall, unconscious in his home.
EMS transported the child to Downstate Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police say the Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
Police tell us they haven’t determined if there was any criminality involved.
