Atomic Wings Is Closed, Pitas And Sticks To Replace It Soon
When one door closes, another door opens. Pitas and Sticks, a “fast casual Greek grill” is on its way to the former Atomic Wings space at 321 9th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenues).
Owner John Stamos (no, not that one) tells us that, in addition to a selection of draught beers, the new restaurant will feature “a fresh Greek cuisine menu with a variety of rotisserie and grilled meats (all made to order using the freshest and top quality ingredients), an assortment of baked Greek specialty dishes, and several splendid Greek desserts (all using family recipes passed down from generation to generation).”
If all goes according to plan, Pitas and Sticks will celebrate their grand opening in early June. Welcome to the neighborhood, John!
