Students age 13 years and older who either live in or attend school in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, and Coney Island — the 8th Congressional District — are eligible, thanks to Congresmember Hakeem Jeffries opting in for everyone. The deadline is 11:59pm on January 15, 2016.
