Another retail storefront is up for grabs on Flatbush Avenue, and we’re curious to hear what you think might work in this space.
CPEX has a listing for 280-2828 Flatbush Avenue, on the corner of Prospect Place, which is currently home to First Impression salon and Joseph T King Real Estate. The space is described as about 2,400 square feet, with no asking price listed.
They do note that “all uses will be considered,” which means it could anything from a spacious cafe to a chain restaurant to that J. Crew we still haven’t actually seen any more hints of.
Just up the block, another space is also available — the former Graine de Paris, which is 1,200 square feet and priced at $8,500 per month.
