Actress Chloë Sevigny Puts Posh Park Slope Apartment On Sale
Actress Chloë Sevigny is selling her apartment just three years after moving to what she once described as the “dorkiest, hokiest” neighborhood in Brooklyn.
The 42-year-old actress’ Brooklyn prewar apartment is in one of Park Slope’s most sought after co-ops at 9 Prospect Park West (between Carroll Street and President Street) and has an asking price of $2.75 million, as reported by Brownstoner.
Public records show that Sevigny originally purchased the apartment for $2.05 million.
The future buyer will have access to four bedrooms, three baths, and an elevator which opens right into the apartment. Sevigny’s former digs also includes a whopper of a dining room, a fireplace, and a stunning view of Prospect Park — all adding up to about 2,100 square feet.
Now keep in mind, you’ll have to send your laundry out, unless you decide to add a washer/dryer.
We’re unsure at this point if the Kids actress will be making her way back to “frat house Manhattan.”
If you decide to make the purchase, we’ll be happy to come by when you’re ready to start having visitors.
And of course, we’ll bring the chips n’ dip.
