On November 17, the New York City Police Department sought the public’s assistance in locating a man who’d been missing since the 15th. Sheepshead Bay resident Larry Drumbo of Batchelder Street had last been seen on Ocean Parkway, in front of Coney Island Hospital.

Police reported him to be 63-years-old, black, with a thin build, brown eyes, a salt and peper goatee and weighing 126 lbs. Larry, who is 5’9″ and, is missing part of his right leg, cannot communicate verbally, and was last seen wearing green pants, a multi-colored shirt, and socks.

His lack of ability to communicate and his physical handicap made his dissapearance all the more concerning, so it is to our great joy to announce that, as of yesterday evening, Larry has been found!

Police told us that he was in good condition, although they would not reveal where he was located or why he went missing.

We hope Larry will spend Thanksgiving in the presence of loved ones, and eat lots of turkey.
