I am interested in constructing a tree house in Prospect Park and living in it.
This would definitely be illegal.
However, quite fun and cheap.

so why the 100 dollar rent?
well, we have to build the tree-house ya?

how would we shower/cook?
gym membership, a friend’s apartment.

how would we store all our shit?
a storage facility (costs usually $40/month)

we should probably do this asap before it gets too cold.
OR we could plan big and do it in the spring.

definitely going to need someone who knows about building tree houses.

how many roommates?
well, maybe 2-3?
it would be nice to have you be creative/artistic types as well.
so we can have fun in our tree house.
