6817 Bay Parkway To Become CVS

We were pretty pumped about what we thought was going to be a brand spanking new supermarket – complete with a parking lot – at the site of the demolished Marboro Theatre on Bay Parkway and Bay Ridge Avenue.

Unfortunately, a phone call placed to Community Board 11 proved that ignorance is indeed bliss.

District Manager Marnee Elias-Pavia enlightened us with the news that this spot is the future home of a CVS pharmacy.

With all these banks and drug stores opening, it seems we’re becoming more like the rest of NYC every day.
