5th Graders Interested In MS 839 Can Tour The School This Month

If you’ve live in District 15 and you have a 5th grader that may be interested in attending MS 839 next year, the school is hosting tours of the building all month.

Sign-ups for the first six dates are here. You can also sign up by calling the main office at 718-686-2730.

Morning Tours

  • October 8, 9:15-10:15am in the Library
  • October 13, 9:15-10:15am in the Library
  • October 21, 9:15-10:15am in the Library

Evening Tours

  • October 14, 6:30-8pm in the Gymatorium
  • October 22, 6:30-8pm in the Gymatorium
  • October 27, 6:30-8pm in the Gymatorium

If your child lives in District 15 or attends a District 15 elementary school, they are eligible to apply to attend MS 839. Simply rank MS 839 where you wish during the middle school application process. All admissions offers are lottery based and the school does not accept report cards, letters of recommendation, conduct interviews, or have auditions.
