5th Avenue’s Met Becomes Bravo Foodmarket
Bravo

New signage for Bravo Foodmarket recently appeared at 595 5th Avenue (between Prospect Avenue and 16th Street), formerly Met Food. Owners tell us that due to the bankruptcy of their distributor, White Rose, they’ve joined Bravo, which has stores along the East Coast from New York to Florida.

Other than the name, though, and the introduction of Krasdale products, not much has changed inside the store, so until the new Associated opens on 17th Street, folks on the south side still have some options if they want to avoid trekking over to 9th Street’s C-Town (and while waiting for whatever might happen to the Key Food).
