A Manhattan Beach home sold in early January for a whopping $4.4 million, making it the one of the priciest residential sales in the borough last month.

The Real Deal listed the 156 Dover Street home as the fifth most expensive home in Brooklyn for January, coming in behind properties in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Clinton Hill.

City records show that the 4,289-square-foot, two-and-a-half-story home sold on January 9. The new owner is listed as an anonymous LLC that shares its address with a Manhattan law firm. The prior owner is a radiologist with an office based on Ocean Avenue.

The home was built in 1994, and has a garage and a pool. It sits on a 7,000-square-foot lot.

According to city records, the radiologist purchased it in 2004 for $2.1 million – leaving a profit of $2.3 million.
