New Retail Space Coming To 86th Street & Bay 19th Street This Spring
A new commercial building on 86th Street — which has been under construction since last year — is set to open early this spring.
The 8,200 square foot, one-story retail space, located at 1815 86th Street, will be able to hold between one and five stores, developer Benjamin Yunatanov, of Forest Hills, Queens told us over the phone.
For as long as we can remember, this nook near the D train was inhabited by the now-shuttered Personal Touch Car Wash.
