If there was a “Boyfriend of the Year” award, it would go to this neighbor, who proposed to his sweetheart under the glittering Christmas lights of Dyker Heights.

In a magical moment captured on camera by CBS New York, Pasquale Simeone asked Bianca Trevicanoto to marry him with a diamond that outshone all of their neighbors’ elaborate displays.

Of course, she said yes.  Congratulations to the happy couple!
