After months of construction, Sunset Bagels cafe and grill could open in two weeks at 1501 Foster Avenue and Marlborough Road.

The cafe, which has two other locations in Sunset Park and Bay Ridge, includes items like heroes, burgers, salads, wraps, breakfast foods, quesadillas, and of course — bagels. They will also serve something called a flagel (am I the last to know about this?!), which is a bagel that has been flattened before boiling and baking, and incidentally, was invented in Bensonhurst.

From the looks of it, their newly renovated interior will be spacious and have light-filled seating options.

And the best part — they’re planning on keeping a 24-hour schedule with delivery options.

Check out the menu below:

The storefront, near Newkirk Plaza, used to be the home of New Gram Bangla, a Bengali/Pakistani/Indian grocery that served Halal meat.

The cafe joins more eateries opening on Foster Avenue, including Beharry Cafe at East 17th Street (which we tried and loved!) and another unnamed restaurant-to-be we’re still watching near Argyle Road.
