Starting tomorrow, 181 below-market units at 461 Dean Street will become available via affordable housing lottery at NYC Housing Connect. The apartment house is slated to open late this year.

The 32 story building developed by Forest City Ratner in conjunction with the Mutual Housing Association of New York will have 363 rental units, with 181 set aside as affordable housing and city employees, those with disabilities. Residents of community boards 2, 3, 6, and 8 will be given preference in the lottery that will be open from April 27 to June 27, according to a press statement.
