12-Year-Old Boy Goes Missing After Being Dropped Off At School

Police are turning to the public for help in locating a 12-year-old Gravesend boy who disappeared from his middle school last week.

Dashawn Richard, who lives in the Marlboro Houses on 30 Avenue V, was last seen being dropped off at M.S. 246 Walt Whitman, located at 72 Veronica Place, at 8:45am on Thursday, May 28. He was wearing white sweat pants, a white button down shirt, and green sneakers. Richard is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.

Richard also went missing from his home last summer and was later found safe.
