12-Unit Condo Building Slated For Windsor Terrace
WINDSOR TERRACE – An anonymous LLC recently filed for permits to construct a three-story residential building at 271 McDonald Avenue across from Green-Wood Cemetery at Fort Hamilton Parkway.
The 30-foot-tall building will feature 12 apartments, approximately 1,162 square feet each, which typically connotes condominiums, according to New York YIMBY. The property will also have eight off-street parking spaces available for residents, YIMBY adds.
An estimated completion date for the project has not yet been announced.
