What: Get ready for the big day by making some spooooky crafts! This event is geared toward school-aged children, though younger siblings are welcome.

Super Halloween
When: Friday, October 31, 3-5pm
Where: Greenwood Park, 555 7th Avenue
What: Swing by with the kids for a super-hero good time! They’ll have face painting, treats, activities, and more.

Park Slope Civic Council Halloween Parade
When: Friday, October 31, 6:30pm
Where: Starts at 14th Street and 7th Avenue
What: Walk along with your creepy, crawly, and fantastically costumed neighbors to a party at the conclusion point at the Old Stone House.
How much: Free!

Halloween Night With DJ Felgzzz
When: Friday, October 31, 9pm-2am
Where: Greenwood Park, 555 7th Avenue
What: Wear a costume, get a drink on the house! Then stick around for some terrifying tunes.

Beats From Beyond The Grave
When: Friday, October 31, 9pm
Where: Freddy’s Bar & Backroom, 627 5th Avenue
What: Eat, drink, and be scary across two rooms featuring four DJs, drink specials, a kitchen that’s cooking up snacks until 2am, a midnight costume contest, prize pack giveaways, and more.

Halloween Party
When: Friday, October 31, 9pm
Where: South, 629 5th Avenue
What: Enjoy drink specials all night with some of your favorite scary neighbors while all dressed up — the contest to pick the best costume is at 11pm.

Carrie Halloween Party
When: Friday, October 31, 9pm-2am
Where: Mary’s Bar, 708 5th Avenue
What: Will you go to prom with me? Modeled after the bloody senior prom scene from Carrie, this party will be killer. There will be a costume contest at midnight, and the winners, who will be crowned King and Queen, will drink free all night.

Halloween Party

Where: Supercollider, 609 4th Avenue
What: Promise of music, drinks, movies, and more! Costumes are encouraged and there’s a contest judged by the bartenders featuring “super secret spooky prizes.” Don’t have a costume? Christy Hall will be on hand to zombify your faces. Music provided by Twigg Von Wünderkind, so get ready to dance.

What: Spooky drinks, scary tunes, a costume contest, and — oh yes — a smoke machine. Drink specials and treats all night long, and the backyard will be open until midnight.

4th Annual Halloween Costume Contest
When: Saturday, November 1, 8pm
Where: Brooklyn Pub, 689 6th Avenue
What: Yes there’s a costume contest, but also there’s karaoke — so brush up on the words to Monster Mash!
How much: $25 for an open bar and food between 8-10pm.

Biscuits And Gravy Annual Halloween Bash
