Zen Boutique Condo Coming To South Slope
SOUTH SLOPE – A brand new 11-story luxury condominium building focusing on “personal well-being” will debut soon on the corner of 18th Street and 4th Avenue.
Adam America Real Estate and CGI Strategies are developing the building, Arbor 18, located at 185 18th Street. The residence will feature 73 condos, 29 of which will have private outdoor space, ranging from studio units to three-bedrooms.
The interiors, designed by Paris Forino, feature large windows and high ceilings (from 9’ to 10’9”), custom white oak flooring, Quartzite countertops, marble bathroom flooring, in-unit washer and dryers, and energy efficient appliances and heating/cooling systems.
Amenities at Arbor 18 will offer residents a slew of “wellness-oriented” perks including a fitness center, yoga studio, meditation room, infrared sauna, and parking spots with chargers for electric cars. Additional amenities include an attended lobby, a children’s playroom, a pet spa, private lounge, library with a fireplace, screening room with a private dining room and kitchenette, and bike and stroller storage.
Outdoor amenities include a rooftop terrace, a courtyard, and a Zen garden, perfect for residents seeking a calm escape from the noise and traffic on 4th Avenue.
Sales at Arbor 18 will begin in November, with construction scheduled to be completed by Summer 2019.
Adam America is also behind various other projects along 4th Avenue including 541-555 4th Avenue (between 15th & 16th Streets), 535 4th Avenue (between 14th & 15th Streets), as well as a new 12-story mixed-use building that will replace the former Church of the Redeemer at 24 4th Avenue (at Pacific).
