Now Closed: DF Studio
We’re sad to say that about four months after opening, Ditmas Fitness offshoot DF Studio has closed its doors. Owner Juan Spencer says:
It was a difficult decision to make to close DF Studio. After many attempts to build up clientele, it simply was not enough to sustain the overhead.
The whole idea arose out of several email inquires and potential clients stopping by the gym earlier on. When an opportunity presented itself to fulfill the request I went to work, but unfortunately the economy continues to struggle.
On the upside, I was able to assemble a great team of professional instructors from the neighborhood and surrounding areas who got some much deserved exposure. We will continue to support them in every way we can. I am extremely grateful for their efforts.
Juan also expresses his appreciation for and gratitude to studio manager Alden LaPaglia, as well as his loyal clientele and says Ditmas Fitness is still thriving.
“I am happy to report that Ditmas Fitness continues to do well and builds every day,” Juan says. “I am grateful to our many clients, and look forward to giving them the best that I have to offer.”
