Don’t Miss the Church Avenue Street Fair on Sun. May 5!

This year’s Church Avenue Street Fair is going to be better than ever! The fair will take place on Sunday, May 5 from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Church Ave. between Coney Island Avenue and Argyle Road.

Celebrate community at the Church Avenue Fair

Come shop and dine at one of Church Avenue’s varied restaurants including Am-Thai,
Anarkali, Don Patron, Hunger Pang, Lark, Suzy’s Roti Parlour, and the BID’s newest restaurants Yah Suh Nyce and Betty’s Brooklyn Bistro.

There will be family friendly options all day, from pony and carnival rides to free face painting and other kids’ activities. Stop at the intersection of E. 10th St. to watch the Prospect Gymnastics Team performing floor routines, students from ALDEN MOVES Dance Theater and Martin Striking Academy showing their work, or join in Balmir Dance Society’s “GarifunaRobics” workshop.

Visitors can enter the BID’s free raffle to win great prizes including a free birthday party at Prospect Gymnastics, gift certificates to the Flatbush Food Coop, ALDEN MOVES Dance Theater, Am-Thai Bistro, and Betty’s Brooklyn Bistro.
