The next meeting of the Manhattan Beach Neighborhood Association (MBNA) will be this Monday, February 6, 8:00 p.m. at the Public School 195 Elementary School, 131 Irwin Street between Shore Boulevard and Oriental Avenue. The group will discuss “Traffic Conditions in Manhattan Beach: Speeding, Reckless Driving, Abusive Parking.
