We just got great news: the MTA sent our neighbors working on Q Gardens [https://www.facebook.com/Qgardenscommunity?fref=ts] a lease agreement that will allow them to start creating a community green space located on E. 18th Street [/blog/garden/neighbors-spruce-up-q-gardens], just behind the Church Avenue subway station.
