Another Luxury Condo Development Revealed for Williamsburg
WILLIAMSBURG – Another anodyne contemporary luxury development is headed for Williamsburg—this time at 215 North 10th, between Roebling and Driggs.
The seven-story building will feature ground-floor retail space while adding 30 apartments in the 1,000 square-foot range to the neighborhood, YIMBY reports. The size of the units could mean condos. The building will also have more than 70 parking spaces for its residents.
Office space will also occupy the ground floor, which could mean an influx of vehicles to the neighborhood during the day if workers decide to drive…
Of course, all the key features of a modern luxury condo development are all present—who could live in this modern age without a pet grooming room or a music room? A playroom is also included, which makes a touch more sense.
The 70-foot structure was designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and will feature terraces on both the fourth floor and the rooftop.
Currently, a former motorcycle shop occupies the lot, though demolition permits were filed earlier this year. The site was purchased by an anonymous LLC earlier this year for $25 million.
Plenty is changing in the Williamsburg neighborhood, including another major residential development nearby.
