South Slope parking can be an absolute pain, especially when somebody blocks an entire stretch of 5th Avenue with pallets.
Is this allowed? Can we start setting up patio chairs in vacant spots outside of our building? Is anybody else having horrific flashbacks to your middle school lunchroom?
Of course not everybody in this fair city drives, but for those who do, the concept of reserving a spot like this, even for something like a delivery, seems a bit shoddy. Thoughts?
