Monday, May 6
- Kids five and under are invited to story time at the Cortelyou Library, 4pm.
- The Rolie Polie Guacamole sing-along returns to Lark, 4:15pm.
- The Westmister Trio and Bomb x+4 (Tyshawn Sorey, Nicolas Letman, Patrick Breiner, and Art Hirahara) play the Radio Zero Series, Sycamore, 8pm.
Tuesday, May 7
- Sit zazen at Third Root, 5:55-7:10am.
- Visit Pre-School Storytime at Midwood Martial Arts, 10:15 and 11:15am.
- Kids can make arts and crafts at the Cortelyou Library, 4pm.
- Stop by Sustainable Flatbush‘s Healing Herb Garden for open hours, 2103 Kenmore Terrace by E 21st St., Tuesday-Friday from 4pm-6pm.
- Attend caribBEING‘s first annual cocktail benefit (use code “Ditmas” for $25 off tickets) for the Flatbush Film Festival at the New York Foundation for the Arts, 7-9:30pm.
- The Post-Apocalyptic Poets are back at Sycamore, 9pm.
Wednesday, May 8
- Whip out your best moves with Gillad Khalifa and Yoni the Puppet at the Disco Time Singalong, Cortelyou Library, 10:30am.
- Rock out with The Dad Beats, Lark, 11am.
- Lend the Wednesday Corps a hand at the Prospect Park Audubon Center, 11am-2pm.
- Preschool story time is at the Cortelyou Library, 2:45pm.
