The northbound Ocean Parkway service road is closed between Avenue V and Avenue W, after an 18-wheel truck attempting to turn onto the road struck a tree, ripping open its haul. The truck was turning from Avenue W onto Ocean Parkway’s service road and could not complete the turn.
