You read it hear first, folks! The Donut Connection on Avenue U has moved… two doors down! They’re now at 1607 Avenue U, as opposed to 1603 Avenue U. And, um, apparently they’re selling Mexican food, because when I think donuts, I think tacos. I guess. Or something.

A new Dunkin’ Donuts opened up on the corner of Avenue U and Bedford Avenue this week, in the former location of a tuxedo, limo and flower shop. Another day, another chain?

Perhaps waiting until the coldest days of the year may not have been in Timmy’s Donuts’ best interests, but the former Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins chain at 2302 Knapp Street (and Avenue W) has unveiled a new change to their cozy little store: a Turkey Hill Ice Cream counter.
