Have we finally reached frozen yogurt market saturation? YogurBerry [http://www.yogurberry.com/], a fro-yo franchise with locations around the world, recently closed its spot at 77 5th Avenue, on the corner of Prospect. The business is essentially cleared out, and “for rent” signs hang in the windows. Opened in
