By Brad SchundlerA fire ripped through multiple units on the top floor of 8420 20th Avenue Sunday night, prompting emergency crews to evacuate the four-story building, according to fire officials. Firefighters responded to the blaze at 9:43pm and got the flames under control by 10:22pm, said the FDNY.
