“Squid and Whale” Home Sells for $3.45MM

The 6th Avenue home used in the movie The Squid and the Whale has sold for its asking price of $3.45 million, Brownstoner reports. According to The Real Deal, the 3-story, 3600-square-foot building had been in contract since shortly after it went on the market in June. The previous owners purchased it for 1.6 million in 2007.
