South Slope Almondine Space for Rent

We’re sad to report that the South Slope Almondine space (442 9th Street) is for rent. The bakery, owned by renowned chef, Hervé Poussot, has been shuttered since Sandy destroyed the kitchen in its Dumbo location.

Friends and neighbors formed the group, Friends of Almondine, to help Chef Poussot rebuild, but it appears that the second location on 9th Street was too much to hold on to.

We wish Chef Poussot the best of luck in his Dumbo recovery, and hope to see him back in the Slope sometime soon.
