We had a wonderful time tasting treats from so many of the wonderful shops and stores in the neighborhood last night at Cortelyou at Twlight.
More than 20 restaurants and businesses offered special food samples and other deals during Flatbush Development Corporation’s annual event. According to FDC, all of the proceeds from tickets sales will support upcoming community events along Cortelyou Road, helping to “ensure that the Cortelyou Road commercial corridor remains a clean, safe, vibrant, welcoming and exciting destination for all.”
From pizza, french fries, and sweet potatoes to fruit pies and cheesecake, there were plenty of great dishes (and drinks) to try. We loved the whiskey cocktails at Castello Plan and the Malaysian sambal by Auria’s Malaysian Kitchen at Brooklyn ARTery. What were your favorites?
