At approximately 2:40pm on September 22 in front of 370 19th Street, a man and a woman in a SUV pulled up to a 15-year-old girl walking on the sidewalk.

The victim may have been wearing an article of clothing with a bow on it, prompting the female suspect to show her a tattoo of a bow she has on her back, an officer at a 72nd Precinct NCO meeting said Tuesday night.

While the woman spoke with the victim from the passenger seat of the car, the male suspect got out of the vehicle, grabbed the victim by the arm, and attempted to coax her into the car, police say. The victim was able to break free and get away.
