This Thursday, June 21 is the annual Make Music New York festival, where thousands of live concerts happen all over the city. The Flatbush Development Corporation is organizing two lineups locally–one in front of the Cortelyou Library, the other at Newkirk Plaza–and they still have some time slots available.

They’re interested in all kinds of music, just as long as it’s relatively family-friendly. They’ll have electricity, and the music will be going from 12:30-8pm. You can sign up for 30-minute sets, or longer–they’re pretty flexible at the moment. But act fast!

If you’re interested in playing, contact the FDC’s Laura Burgess ASAP at 917-459-8191.
