NYPD Seeking Four Teens After Recent F Train Robberies
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating four teenagers wanted in connection with two incidents that occurred on the same day along the F line.
The first incident occurred at 2:10pm on Monday, April 8 at the Church Avenue F subway station in the 66th Precinct. Police say a 15-year-old boy was approached by four teen boys who grabbed the victim, told him they had a knife, and fled with the victim’s cell phone.
The second incident occurred at 2:37pm on the same day, at 7th Avenue F train station in the 78th Precinct, when police say a different 15-year-old boy was approached by the same group, who then attempted to forcibly remove property from the victim, but they fled empty handed.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male, age 16 to 17, about 5’8″ tall, and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds.
Suspect #2 is described as a black male, age 16 to 17, about 5’9″ tall, and weighing between 145 and 155 pounds.
Suspect #3 is described as a black male, age 16 to 17, about 5’7″ tall, and weighing between 160 and 165 pounds.
Suspect #4 is described as a black male, 17 years old, about 5’10” tall, and weighing about 200 pounds.
