The hipsters have arrived!

The HBO series Girls stopped by La Vue, the the French/Asian fusion restaurant and lounge at the intersection of Emmons Avenue and Bragg Street, to shoot a scene Monday for their next season.

The film crews are scheduled to return this afternoon.

A manager at La Vue said they were shooting a “party scene.” He didn’t recognize any of the regular cast members, such as the show’s creator Lena Dunham, but he said actress Rita Wilson, who has appeared in several previous episodes, was on the set.

Notices were posted around the area last week announcing the film shoot would be taking place Monday and Tuesday. The show, which just wrapped up its sixth season, centers around the lives of a group of twenty-somethings living in New York City.

La Vue has a lounge area with cushy seating, LED lighting and dance floor — perfect setting for party scene at a club. We’ll look for the scene in the next season.
