Flatbush Food Co-op Extends Hours
Some of you may have already noticed this sign outside the Flatbush Food Co-op or heard from employees inside, but in case you haven’t, let it be known far and wide now–the Co-op is open two additional hours each day. Instead of 7am-11pm, they have extended their hours to 6am-midnight every day.
I initially wondered who would need to shop either that early or that late. The day after wondering this, we returned to the neighborhood at 11pm needing ingredients for a gazpacho that we wanted to chill overnight. So I guess the answer to who shops those hours is…me.
Anyone else anticipate some early bird or night owl shopping trips?
