Ramadan, the month of blessings, has come to an end. Today (and tomorrow depending on whether or not the moon was sighted in other parts of the world, and in this city), Muslims are celebrating Eid al-Fitr.
Eid al-Fitr lasts three days, but many only dress up and celebrate it on the first day. So here’s to three days of light and happiness. Eat lots of kheer and seviyan and remember, you’re never too old for eidi (cash given on Eid from loved ones and friends)!
