14-Story Buildings For Coney Island Avenue?
With the building on Park Circle rapidly approaching completion, several new mixed-use developments are being quietly revealed on the blocks of Coney Island Avenue north of Beverley Road.
The wide commercial avenue here is home to gas stations, autobody shops, two schools, and a few residential buildings. It's a local truck route, and traffic is terrible, but the area is a few blocks away from Prospect Park and not too far from the Q at Beverley Road or Q/B at Church Avenue.
