Cops Catch Alleged Killer Of Coin Collector

Authorities say they’ve nabbed one of the alleged killers of a Gravesend coin dealer, who was brutally beaten and dumped to die in an apparent heist attempt last week.

Andrew Jackson, 26, was picked up in Staten Island on Friday and charged with second degree murder.

Cops say fingerprints connect Jackson to a car used in the beating.

Halfon was declared dead on arrival at New York Community Hospital earlier in the week, after three men dragged him into a car near his coin shop on Kings Highway. They assaulted him in the car and dumped his unconscious body a mile away on East 7th Street, near Avenue N.

The other two suspects remain at large.
