Bill de Blasio Joins Ditmas Park Commuters On The B/Q Platform

So, apparently NYC mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio stopped by the Church Ave. B/Q station this morning to talk to some local commuters. A few neighbors took to Twitter to acknowledge de Blasio’s presence (including CalamariGirl, whose photo is above), some of whom pledged support for the Public Advocate, and some of whom weren’t impressed.
Bill DeBlasio's people handing out fliers outside my subway station. And with that, the NYC Mayoral race has officially begun.

We’ve noted before that de Blasio seems to have some support in the neighborhood–or else just has a fast-moving campaign staff. So, did you have a chance to chat with him on the way to work this morning–and what’s your take on the mayoral race overall?
